JOSH HINES
Josh Hines is a songwriter and sound facilitator born in the wilds of central Pennsylvania. Josh’s music and presence open the heart. Beyond writing music for over 20 years, Josh is also a somatic sound facilitator and educator. He offers workshops and one-on-one sacred sound sessions based on his knowledge and experience of holistic health, Pravada Sound Healing, and nada yoga (the yoga of sound).
KATHRYNE FORD
Kathryne Ford, is a painter and liquid light artist who plays across all mediums. Born on the southern shores of California and moved to Duluth when she was five years old. Kathryne grew up learning from the forests, rivers, the lake and all the beautiful folks in Duluth. Kathryne has leaned that childhood whimsy and playfulness should not be grown out of. Wisdom, happiness, and silliness are not mutually exclusive. Perhaps they are deeply connected.
A DIFFERENT THREAD
A Different Thread weaves Appalachian alt-country and British folk rock into a bluesy take on Americana. The duo of Alicia Best (US) and Robert Jackson (UK) met busking on the streets of Ireland, an experience that shaped their transatlantic sound. With rich harmonies, guitar, fiddle, harmonica, and a suitcase drum kit they bring their original songs and stories to life in a performance full of heart, grit, and raw energy.
SARAH HOWE
Puppet storyteller Sarah Howe brings a little mischief, imagination, and playful possibility to the Sunday Salon, with a special appearance by Jimmy. Expect the unexpected with live music accompaniment from A Different Thread.
